The spring pressure test of metal springs usually uses electronic digital spring tension and compression testing machine. Electronic digital spring tension and compression testing machine is a special instrument for testing the deformation and load relationship characteristics of tension and compression springs. It is suitable for testing the working load of the tension and compression spring under a certain working length, and also for testing the elastic load of elastic devices such as rubber and spring.
The pressure test of metal springs is generally divided into the following steps:
1. Compress the spring to the test load once before the formal test. When the test load is heavier than the pressure and the load, the test load is the pressure and the load, but the maximum pressure and the load does not exceed 1.5 times the constant pressure and the load.
2 Preparing for load test and determination: Correct the load test machine with the third-class standard dynamometer of the corresponding range or weights of more than one precision to ensure that the precision of the test machine is not less than 1%; check the length reading error of the load test machine with the amount of block.
Testing and measuring the load of metal spring pressing to a specified height: Place the measuring block of the same height in the center of the pressure plate of the load testing machine; Load the load near the nominal value of the pattern on the measuring block; Lock the positioning screw or pin; Put the measuring block into the spring to be measured, adjust the zero position and remove the spring self-weight; Press the spring to the designated value. Height, and read the corresponding load; according to the calibration of the load test machine error, read the correction.
4) Pressing the upper pressure plate to the position just contacted with the spring, the predicted value F0_0.05F of the load testing machine, recording the initial reading F0 and the reading of the length indication value of the load test, and loading successively, so that the reading change value predicted by the length has reached the prescribed variant.
