6.1.10 detection of parallelism between ends of springs: the spring is placed vertically on the plate.

6.1.11 spring straightness detection: put the spring level on the plate and roll one.

The dimension of tensile spring is roughly measured: material diameter, free length and spring.
The diameter, total number of rings, the relative angle of two hook rings, the position of the central surface of the hook ring, the position of the spring center line, the length of the spring hook ring part, etc. The detection of the first 4 items is based on the compression spring detection method. The following are mainly introduced the following several detection methods.
6.2.1 spring two hook ring relative angle detection: stretching spring two hook ring relative angle
The detection method is to place the spring level on the flat plate, including the end hook torus and the wide seat angle. The angle gauge is used to measure the angle a of the hook torus and the flat plate on the other end of the spring, and the relative angle tolerance of the two hook and ring is =a -90 degrees.
The position of 6.2.2 spring clasp center and axis line: the center and the shell of the hook ring of the pull spring.
The position tolerance of the spring axis is measured with a depth gauge or a special template. First, the spring is placed in the V slot, and the height of the hook and ring plane is measured. Then 180 degrees are turned over and the height of the other side is measured. The one to half of the difference of the two measurement values is the deviation of the position degree. When there is no suitable V groove, the spring can be placed on the flat plate for measuring.
6.2.3 spring hook ring length detection: check with vernier caliper.
6.2.4 total number of springs detection: the total number of cycles as a reference value, when the hook position requirements, should ensure the location of the hook ring. The detection method is visual.
Detection of geometry size of 6.3 torsion spring
The measuring contents of the torsion spring geometry include material diameter, free length, free angle, spring diameter, total circle number, twist arm length, twist arm bending angle and so on.
6.3.1 spring free length detection: the free length of the ring spring is not examined. The detection method refers to the compression spring.
6.3.2 spring free angle detection:
The springs with characteristic requirements are not allowed to be examined at a free angle.
The angle of spring can be measured by angle gauge, tool microscope or special measuring tool.
The way to detect the free angle of the angle gauge is to adjust the angle of the angle gauge to coincide with the arms.
The angle of the clip is the free angle of the spring.
6.3.3 spring torsion arm length measurement: check with vernier depth gauge or vernier caliper.
6.3.4 spring torsion arm detection: reference spring free angle detection.
6.3.5 torsion spring diameter, material diameter and total circle number are checked with reference to compression springs.
